Daxos in commander
So I ran into this problem and couldn’t get a definitive answer. I sent my buddy’s commander to the top of his deck, then hit him on my turn with Daxos of Meletis. When exiled, he sent his commander to the command zone. Do I still collect life and/or have the option of casting his commander? I think so because the text on Daxos’ ability refers to ‘that card’ rather than the exiled card. Thanks!
